This is an open project.  We will accept contributions form established professionals in the field.  When making a contribution, please include your credentials.  All outside contributions will be fully credited.  For those contributors who maintain Web sites with compatible content, links for further research will be provided.  Please send us your proposals to info71@presrec.com. (Updates will be published 1-3 times per year).
